Forget ageing – Think YOUTH!

This is the month to forget ageing & think youth! It happens to us all. Grey hair…wrinkly skin…slow digestion…creaky joints…lack of energy. Nobody wants to admit that they are destined to be old. But prevention strategies can help keep you looking & feeling young!
-
Relaxation – This is a must. We can all benefit from reducing our stress levels. Take up hobbies that help you relax & enjoy life!
-
Exercise – Preserve your flexibility & strength with a strong skeleton & toned muscles! Get your heart pumping & limbs moving everyday!
-
Make more of your life – Life is all about new experiences, learning, creativity, taking risks, fulfilling desires – no matter what age you are.
-
Combine quality & quantity – Eat to stay healthy & slim. That means eating enough & choosing nutrient-dense foods – no faddy dieting!
-
Understand cholesterol – There is good & bad cholesterol: saturated fats in meat, cheese & butter tends to raise LDL. Adjust your diet!
-
Your secret weapon is supplementation – Antioxidants help to neutralise excess free radical activity thus preserving a youthful body.
-
You are what you THINK – Your mind doesn’t know the difference between something real & something imagined. So use your mind muscle to your advantage – THINK YOUNG & do it often!
If you can ‘forget about aging’ and ‘think youth’, then the same is true with regard to healing Planet Earth.
We must focus on what we want and not what we do not want. For example, instead of dwelling on negative news such as war and planetary destruction, we should instead use visualization techniques and focus our attention on imagining that our earth is a peaceful place to live, cleansed and healed, or whatever it is that we wish to create.
If you know that all is well, you know all you need to know.
Our animals know that all is well. Our animals live in the moment. They understand the power of their now. They expect the Universe to yield to them. They don’t worry or fret or conjure or make laws or rules or try to regulate. They are Pure Positive Energy. Our beasts vibrate more on the Energy scale of contentment than of passion. Their desire was set forth from Non-physical, and continues to be set forth by those, like you, who want Energy balance, who want sustenance.
The difference between the beast and the human is that the beast is more general in its intent. The human is usually less blended, usually less allowing of the Energy to flow, but is more specific. And that is why the human is seen to be the Creator while the beast is more the balancer of Energy.
